A e l o s y n. you've woken up the demon in me Aelosyn ran. He ran for his body, his mind, his life. It was all he could do at this point and time. Behind him, a creature so large sulked after him, its giant footsteps crushing the earth under it. It was rare that this leader of the fearsome Wixos ran, but now, he had no choice. The leviathan behind him was a Hill Giant, coming from the farthest reaches of Nidhogg's Valley. It was strange seeing them here Jarnvidr, but it certainly wasn't an impossible feat. Usually these giants kept to themselves, but this one seemed more enraged than the usual Hill Giant. The beastly thing roared in irritation as Aelosyn kept avoiding its huge, earthy hand.
Aelosyn ran with the force of the strongest winds, his long legs gracing him equally long strides. His wings, black and crimson, were of no use to him. Yes, he had them, but they didn't enable him to fly. They were worthless things, and it pissed him off just to have them sitting on his back. That really didn't matter, though. All that mattered was getting that stupid giant off his tail. Aelosyn's ears drew back upon his sleek skull as the giant roared once more, its footsteps growing heavier and quicker, shaking the very earth they tread upon. The male's jaw clenched as the giant slammed a huge hand down on the earth beside him, making his whole body tremble, as if caught in a sudden earthquake.
Aelosyn let his lithe bodice collapse on the ground. He remained completely silent, crimson eyes glaring daggers at the giant. The stupid beast roared in frustration, clumps of rock falling from its hand as it lifted it up. The thing was so stupid, it couldn't see Aelosyn laying there. With one last earth shaking roar, the giant skulked off within the dark woods of Jarnvidr. As soon as the tremors stopped, Aelosyn figured it was safe enough to get up. The male arose to his full hieght very slowly, crimson eyes glancing around the dismal, yet eerily beautiful woods he called home. A shadow was thrown over Aelosyn's handsome face. What the hell was that stupid thing doing around here? Oh well, perhaps it was just here for a visit? Nevertheless, it was worrisome...
As the Alpha padded onward, an imp of rather disgusting proportions cackled him him, a mischevious glint in its eye. The demon wolf merely cast a very irritated glace at the creature, and it went on its way, scuttling through the trees...

ENOLA. my heart's red with tooth and claw.
The ground quivered beneath her faint paws, the speed and quickness in them bordering the line of being invisible to the average ear and eye. Wind blew past her, the angry roar crackling through the treetops and sending the birds scattered across the sky confused and bewildered quite frankly. Crows screeched loudly, their feather's beating against the wind as they furiously 'cawed' their distress with an unique voice ; elegance exerted dissipatedly in their creative dances. A slender head rose to the heavens, her mouth open as a snarl left her lips - teeth enclosed forever between the two gnashed row of fangs against the sensitive flesh of her tounge. " f**kin' ignorant savages. " she hissed, falling back into her gentle steps as she maneuvered herself across the shaky grounds.
Much to her satisfaction, she found the ground at ease as she jumped over the large log before her and as she was ready to tense up to keep her balance, it caused her legs to quake slightly as the wavering movements ceased to a limit. What ignorant fool brought a giant around these parts ? She questioned herself, snarling under her breath and stomping on with light steps and a keen eye. Smoldering, hallows eve eyes wandered aimlessly across the vacant structure of land, falling bluntly on the subjects of hidden imps and some random creatures that dare stick their heads out around her. " I dare not stick my head in a lion's mouth be I you, foolish creatures. Death might follow you quickly then. " A cunningly deviant smile cross her lips, flashing her pearly whites charmingly before she passed on with a jumping step of agility.
A figure, so irrelevant to the scene and the world made its way into her line of view and she nearly spat at the idea. " Aelosyn " she breathed, spat more-so, and made her way towards the tiger crimson winged charmer, king of her flesh and blood. King of the throne she was previously heir to. It'd been a year now since her father had been killed by the monstrous creature, having died ruthlessly and embarrassingly beneath the tooth and claw of this unique creature. It was shame because she was looking forward to killing the dreadful king, murder him in cold blood. Yet, she'd been beat to it and regretted her 'hold up' ever gruffly for the past year up until this one. `Enola, you will go to the lands of Jarnvidr and slay the one named Jericho, your father, kill him and leave but one name in his head : Talyza. Tell him you've come for his life, come to destroy everything he's ever worked for and take it. ' True, she did venture up to the edges of the lands but was stopped by her sibling, Banquo, and ended up getting into it with him. He, too, had memories of her viciousness that left him scarred for life.
He'd gotten in the way of her bounty hunting and he payed, not with his life because she'd need him in the near future and he'd ran, but he was mangled and broken up in so many places that he wouldn't be able to lie and say he got out without a problem. The only thing was that when she made it to the kings throne, the throne she was supposed to be gaining. victoriously stood the tiger-striped, winged felon that used her father's marred body as a step-stool while he presented himself. Ever since then they'd had a wavy relationship. She refused to join the ranks of his pack though she direly need to, unless he accepted the fact that he wasn't better then her just because he'd gotten there before her. Aelosyn. She wanted to kick his ass so badly, but she wouldn't dare start something she wouldn't have the interest to finish : she wasn't one to start things that wouldn't remain finished.
So there they were, before the royal tall tree that set the marksman place that the Wixos roamed, leaving nothing but barren lands situated behind their wreck less lives. " I take it was you that brought that heinous fellow into these parts. So dangerous, you are. " she teased, her facial expression deadly serious though she was hinting a slight sign of amusement behind the fur-rising coldness of her voice, her arrival. Trotting before him, she brushed past him and snapped before his very ear and settled herself beside the towering tree, her head held high and an amusingly dangerous expression caused her face to harden and her teeth to flash while her posture remained lax. Enola licked her limbs, reserved and unworried about what the wolf might do with her guard down. She and he both knew Enola wasn't a pushover and she'd fight him down to the bone.
comments; i figured i'd just give them both a link, hope you don't mind. it'll give us some type of plot though. xD muse ; it's something, i've posted much more, but yeah. 848

A e l o s y n. too dark for forgiveness Aelosyn allowed himself time to rest, sitting down at the very spot he stood, crimson eyes surveying the area. Ravens cawed in the distance, their grainy voices beckoning more flying scavengers from the trees. Something had just died, it seemed. Or, it might have died awhile back, but perhaps the Hill Giant interrupted that feast. It didn't matter now, though. The thing was dead, its life ended. Those helpless animals didn't get reincarnated into his wretched life. Lucky them. The male was wrenched from his train of thought by a voice, his name. "Aelosyn." Ah, Enola. He could easily tell by her scathing tone of voice. Inside, the male bristled with rancor at that very voice, yet on the outside, his face wasa complete deadpan.
His crimson eyes followed her intently, intensely as she padded over to him, amusement and seriousness exposed on her visage. I take it was you that brought that heinous fellow into these parts. So dangerous, you are. Aelosyn barely let his hidden smirk show as she said this. As she snapped at his ear, Aelosyn merely let that smirk grow wider. What was she trying to prove with that little stunt, hm? Deciding to be as polite as possible with this she-wolf, he waited until she settled down, licking her limbs. "Why would I bring such a creature into Jarnvidr, Enola? I'm not that foolish, contrary to your beliefs." He said in his typical calm voice. Rising to his paws, Aelosyn cast a sideways glance at the femme, trying to read her.
It wasn't easy with a wolf of her lineage, of course. He had supposedly "taken away" her throne. Such a stupid thing to think. If he didn't kill that idiotic wretch of a father when he did, who knows what would be of the Wixos today? Aelosyn let his eyes dance over her frame, a hint of mischief glinting in their bloody depths. "Come now, Enola. You're still brooding over your lost throne?" Aelosyn asked, gently walking over to the femme, his footfalls silent. He let his gaze stare into hers, cruelty sharpening his gaze. The Alpha eyed her curiously one last time, then turned away, ears perking at the distant roar of the giant he encountered. It sounded like it was getting further away. A good sign. Feeling more content now, even in the presence of the ever scornful Enola, Aelosyn stretched, his long legs reaching forward, claws digging into the cool earth, his wings stretching.

ENOLA. upon my throne from shards of bone.
The breeze was quaint and it came across her ruffled pelt with heavy gentleness, rubbing across her and reminding her of the feminine touch of her mother. Failing to notice anything different about his appearance, she found herself wandering with her eyes and finding something of more interest as it seemed that he wasn't going to speak on anything. "Why would I bring such a creature into Jarnvidr, Enola? I'm not that foolish, contrary to your beliefs." A snarl fit her lips, filling her mouth and baring her teeth with a unique pattern ; frothing on the sides of her mouth, she let the sound ripple from the depths of her stomach and work its way through the wolf. " I am no fool nor am I one of those people that are oblivious to your sins, your misfortunes, Aelosyn " she hissed, rising up on her four limbs and spreading her feet across like one ready for battle. Yet, as quickly as she did so she regained herself and unruffled herself while finding her seat and licking down the risen hairs.
A ticking time bomb. Words that precisely fit the elegant creature sitting before the King of the Demons. She rose from her position, waltzing around him on soundless feet while observing him with her keen, intense eyes. " See, Aelosyn, you've got everyone mixed up around these parts. They think you're some savior and some think you're something to be feared. I, on the other hand, know you're much more then that. Which brings me to my question : why the double life ? why not let everyone know you actually do care ? " she teased, letting her tounge gently run itself across his ear while she continued to circle him like some ravenous vulture peeking around for scraps. He was looking at her for some time, looking for anything he could probably bring out and tease her about - something to hold over her head. There was nothing she was willing to give, however, and that left him at some type of barrier and she was happy with that.
"Come now, Enola. You're still brooding over your lost throne?" Rounding about towards his front, she tensed up and snapped at his face backing up with stiff-legged steps. " You'll not speak of that, ever ! If I wanted that stupid title i'd have taken it from you and gained my throne and used your bones as my picking tools. " she poke between clenched teeth, stress deepening her voice roughly and adding the sign of viciousness that she felt she needed to imply. He turned around, observing the sound of the giant's roar ; giving her pure knowledge that he was obviously cautious to the beast's whereabouts . Enola, frustrated and strained, sighed and shook her head at the wolf while making her way back to her own special space. He was something else, this Aelosyn, though she was slightly amused with his presence being here. " I'm just stating that if you get in the way of my 'tasks' again you'll have hell to pay for. He was my job, I was supposed to destroy him, and you came in from no where and messed everything up. You tarnished a good termination. You do not do that.

A e l o s y n. no hope for the hopeless I am no fool nor am I one of those people that are oblivious to your sins, your misfortunes, Aelosyn Enola had said, almost spitting his name. It was like venom escaping her maw. Some wolves might have been hurt or threatened by such rancor, but Aelosyn found it rather humorous. His smirk was now full of mirth, even more so when she let her anger get the best of her. The Alpha sat quietly, politely even, crimson eyes watching her, his ears lifted in full attention, wings folded at his back. See, Aelosyn, you've got everyone mixed up around these parts. They think you're some savior and some think you're something to be feared. I, on the other hand, know you're much more then that. Which brings me to my question : why the double life ? why not let everyone know you actually do care ? Aelosyn chuckled, his velvety voice dark with hatred. He almost cringed when he felt her tongue run across his ear, but he managed to keep his steadfast calm.
The female circled him like a piece of meat, her pretty little eyes staring him down. My, my, Enola had a temper. He watched her, eyes dancing with amusement, her metallic teeth snapping in his face. She needed to control that temper if she knew what was good for her. You'll not speak of that, ever ! If I wanted that stupid title i'd have taken it from you and gained my throne and used your bones as my picking tools. Now this was funny. Aelosyn couldn't help himself now. A deep, baritone laugh rumbled in his throat, escaping his maw. "Why so defensive, love? No need to get worked up." Oh, that was probably going to get her all ruffled again. How delightful.
His ears twitched as she stalked off to her space, looking very haughty and angry still. I'm just stating that if you get in the way of my 'tasks' again you'll have hell to pay for. He was my job, I was supposed to destroy him, and you came in from no where and messed everything up. You tarnished a good termination. You do not do that. A shadow passed over his face, his smirk now a hard frown. He arose to all fours and stalked over to Enola, looking almost like a crimson and black shadow, slithering in a way. Aelosyn paused in front of the she-wolf before letting an explosion of emotion emit from his body. His muscles tensed, his claws dug into the ground, his eyes seemed to be inflamed with cool anger.
"And you DO NOT tell me what I can and cannot do." The words came out not as a roar, more so a very terse sentence, laced with hatred and bitterness. The omnipresent darkness that loomed over them seemed to flare up with his anger. He had unknowingly used a special gift that some of the Wixos held. The gift of manipulating the very darkness that surrounded them. His anger made it spike up in a violent fashion, the shadows arounhd him convulsing, making the crows and ravens fly hastily from their perches, screeching and cawing with fear. This dismal forest, this Iron-Wood seemed to come alive at his hatred. It was a wonderous, yet somewhat frightening thing.

ENOLA. doing what the mind wants, but the hearts to blind to see.
Enola's gaze seemed to linger on his essence, turning up her nose in the event as she let another snarl come from her throat and again left her tounge between the two rows of cutlass incisors pearly and dangerous. There was hatred bordering a small, miniature amount of amusement in her actions ; she hatred him so much, but couldn't find herself actually killing him so early in their relationship. He seemed amused by her anger which only made her flair up even more, her mind unable to keep her reserved as she wanted to. Aelosyn got to her when he spoke of her father, spoke of him ruling the Wixo's, and when he rubbed it in her face like he did non-nonchalantly as if she weren't supposed to care. "Why so defensive, love? No need to get worked up." Enola's head turned, hallows eve eyes floating over his form with a serious and intense strain before she growled low and gently beneath her breath ; turning back around and settling herself before the tall tree and nestled in a narrow dip beneath the shade of the towering wood.
" f**k you.. she commented matter-of-factly, licking at her jaws with a small amount of anger dancing in the flames that were her eyes, distant behind the blackened silhouette that held them in place. On the inside, she was burning up and it was only a matter of time before she actually became truly angry and upset. This was just odd fun and games, nothing less and nothing more. Yet, if he kept pushing her buttons she'd most-likely have issues with that. The birds returned back to their canopy, singing a song that made Enola's ears twitch with annoyance ; made her mind go slightly crazy under the ear-splitting, shrill notes they were conjuring with their beaks. She rose her head upwards, looking at the darkened sky, while the evidence that the beast was far gone continued to make their appearance known by singing in unison for the next five to ten minutes carelessly. she growled under her breath once more.
Aelosyn's footsteps broke her trance and she rolled her head back down to stare at him quizzically. Awww, he's upset. she thought to herself not minding to contain her amusement as it projected itself on her face in the form of a simple grin. As he roared, snarl, growled and all that in one monstrous act, she laughed her ass off with the heartiness of some rabid hyena in the African desert. "And you DO NOT tell me what I can and cannot do." Enola sipmly rose, slipping past him and bumping into his shoulder roughly as she did so, her steps elegant and gracefull against the rough, forest grounds. ' You poor, dumb fool. You must've forgot who you're talking to. Yes, you run those that are unfortunately under your reign of impotence, but I run my own life and you're never going to tell me what to do. I do as I please if you haven't noticed these past years and no matter your title, you'll never be able to control me like you do the others. powers or not " she snorted, turning around and licking her lips quite ravenously. " Now watch your tone, Aelosyn. You wouldn't want something bad to become of your lovely forest would you ? " she threatened, igniting a small flame at her foot and lifting the paw towards a lone tree.
She lifted up on the tree, her claws raking down it as she began to light flame to the poor tree. A simple warning that he was getting a little too out of hand for her liking. " Like I said. You'll not get the way of any more of my terminations or you'll end up like poor Banquo. " came the cooing tone of her voice, her head turned around to stare him dead in the eyes with confidence that she'd had from birth. As the tree caught on fire, she quickly put it out and dissolved the flame on her paw while observing the 'flaming' king with curiosity. " Tell me, Aelosyn. Why do you get so worked up when i'm around ? You seem to get angry when I don't bow down to your every need and whim. It's a ridiculous wish from someone like me don't you think ? " she flashed her charming smile, waltzing back up to him and standing on her hind legs, letting them lounge on his back across his elegant wings and nibbling on his ear gently, affectionately.
ooc; sorry. she talks a lot in this one. x.x

A e l o s y n. let the living die Aelosyn, being a very calm wolf under most circumstances, managed to calm himself down quite quickly. His bristled fur flatened, the enraged look in his eyes gone. His ears were perked forward, straining to here Enola's disgusting thing of a voice. What he made his temper flare once more, but he managed to keep it down, for her sake and his. You poor, dumb fool. You must've forgot who you're talking to. Yes, you run those that are unfortunately under your reign of impotence, but I run my own life and you're never going to tell me what to do. I do as I please if you haven't noticed these past years and no matter your title, you'll never be able to control me like you do the others. powers or not. Aelosyn listened intently, narrowing his eyes at her. He remembered, when he was alive, that he used to be exactly the same way. Refusing to bow, refusing to give into any ruler. In his mind, he had to respect that. It disgusted him that he found common ground with his enemy, but he did have that ground.
He completely forgot that common ground when she told him to watch his tone. He knew she was implying her use of fire. His crimson eyes glanced at the flame. Inside, his mind was enraged, thoughts of murder running through his head. On the outside, he still remained completely calm, a mask of coolness. But, as she threatened him yet again, he couldn't help but crack a smirk. Was she serious? Looking into her eyes yet again, he could see that she was...How funny. With a dark little chuckle, he listed once more to her little statements, not really caring what she had to say now. Tell me, Aelosyn. Why do you get so worked up when i'm around ? You seem to get angry when I don't bow down to your every need and whim. It's a ridiculous wish from someone like me don't you think ?
Aelosyn watched her, a glint his his eyes as she got on her hind legs, resting herself upon his wings. Aelosyn smirked, and padded forward, he then whipped around padding up to her, his muzzle dangerously close to hers. "Oh, I don't know Enola. You're quite right, though. It's so stupid for me to get worked up over you." Yes, he had to admit that, he was stupid. Aelosyn's eloquent voice dripped with seductiveness and charm. "But, I have to ask you something, love. Why do you insist on hanging all over me every chance you get?" Aelosyn managed a dark little chuckle after that, his crimson eyes staring directly into hers. This time, no hatred could be found. A tenderness was there, a dark tenderness, such as one you would see in a villian gone right. Aelosyn broke away his eye contact with a smile, and all around them, the shadows swirled...

ENOLA. dancing to a wonderful beat, clouds lingering at my feet..
The wind brushed past, ruffling her fur and giving her the eloquent appearance of a airborne raven. Neither of them spoke for some time, each eying one another with quaint interest. The fury died down inside her and her eyes dimmed down to a dancing flame, nothing fiery or extravagant - just simply her beautiful eyes. Comfortable on his back, her legs sturdy beneath her weight, she was slightly taken back by his spur of the moment movements. Yet, she casually fell to her feet and replaced herself daintily on her bottom ; sitting on thin air. He turned around just as quickly and placed his muzzle very, very close to her own. "Oh, I don't know Enola. You're quite right, though. It's so stupid for me to get worked up over you."
Enola grinned, baring all her glamorous teeth in the event as she turned her head and licked his muzzle with a mock hurt expression floating over her face. " Ouch, that hurt. " she teased, bouncing back two steps and settling herself on her hind legs gently as she nestled back into her sitting position. He was trying without even noticing, to seduce her much to her dismay - though she played along just the same without giving him any leverage to try anything. Licking at her legs, her ears swiveled backwards and then jolted up as he opened his mouth for another witty banter. "But, I have to ask you something, love. Why do you insist on hanging all over me every chance you get?" A wide grin opened her mouth once again, her enlarged teeth stretching it wide as they gnashed together like mesh.
" Well, Aelosyn, quite frankly : I do what I want and if I feel like hanging over a annoying, but gorgeous creature then i'll do just that. I might be a killer, but even I can't resist a pretty face. " she spoke, nonchalantly, as she rose on her light toes and maneuvered herself over towards him. Instead of going head on, she made a right and settled herself behind him ; her mouth opened and she gripped his tail playfully though roughly. Against her gutting teeth, his tail wouldn't have stood a chance, but she was simply teasing and the pressure she used wasn't truly murderous. It was, in fact, simply play.
[ooc] this is interesting. xD and my post sucks... GRR.

A e l o s y n. this is my curse, the wanting. Aelosyn chuckled as she licked his muzzle. "Ouch, that hurt." Indeed. The male turned to Enola, a look of mock sympathy on his face. "So sorry, dear Enola. I didn't mean to hurt you." It came out as a half whisper, half laugh. With a little sigh, Aelosyn sat down at the place he stood, thinking.. It was a bit strange to him, how their bitter rage turned so quickly into...joking. It seemed almost unreal how it could happen. Aelosyn then drifted off into though, his head tilting to the side, eyes growing distant. It was Enola's voice, the voice that he hated so much before, that ripped him away from his thoughts.
Well, Aelosyn, quite frankly : I do what I want and if I feel like hanging over a annoying, but gorgeous creature then i'll do just that. I might be a killer, but even I can't resist a pretty face. This made the wolf's smirk grow once more, a small laugh catching in his throat. "Nice to know, I suppose." He mused with a smile. He watched as she dissapeared behind him, not knowing exactly what she was going. It was when he felt her teeth on his tail, he knew. Aelosyn's gaze narrowed, not in a hateful way, but a playful way. "So now you go after my tail? Now, what did my tail do to you?" He asked as he whipped around, gently yanking his tail from her jaws. Now he faced her, a mischevious glint in his eyes. Dropping into a crouch, he spread his wings, a feath flying out of place from the force. Aelosyn prowled forward, head down, eyes staring at his target. With a playful little laugh, Aelosyn launched himself at Enola, beating his wings downward, so he was in flight for a brief second. In that breif second, he managed to fly over her, landing behind her.
This actually shocked him. The worthless things sitting on his back weren't so worthless after all.

ENOLA, why ya gotta go and be so damn mean ?
He teased her with his words, mock apologetic expressions flowing from his very essence. She lowered her head, gently licking the lower part of her front legs as she continued to eye him from her height disadvantage. " Sure, sure. That's what they all say. " she teased though the edge in her voice made it obvious that there was some seriousness to it. And there was because many had, in fact, told her this countless times like when her mother actually threw her three feet from her standing position and cooed ' i didn't mean to hurt you, sweetie. ' as if it were all a game. Yes, people stated that. a lot in her lifetime.
Within seconds of that speech, he was off into his mind again and distant from everything around him. "Nice to know, I suppose." she rose a invisible brow, eyeballing him with her skeptical orange gaze as he mused this. " Oh, c'mon, surely you think more of that statement ? I was hoping to blow you away. " she spoke in a mocking, childish voice very far from her normal and business tone. It seemed that, when around Aelosyn, she had this other personality that no one but him could actually say they witnessed. It as something she couldn't explain, why she acted as such around someone she hated, but she did and she couldn't really change it despite her protests.
"So now you go after my tail? Now, what did my tail do to you?" she licked her lips, having had the tail pried from her very teeth moments ago. Enola snorted, backing up a step or two while observing him quietly. She didn't have an answer, but that odd grin was still tilted on her lips with extreme patience. He crouched down, flapping his supposedly useless wings and playfully leaning downwards. Much to her amazement, she was soaring above her and landed swiftly on sturdy legs behind her.
" Hey ! that's not even the slightest bit fair ! " she pouted, stepping on spindly legs over towards him in her off-balance way of walking before she quickly dropped to her stomach, rolled on her back, and smiled roughly up at him. Like a viper, she tossed her neck up and gripped him by the tuff of his nape fur yanking him down and intending to flip him over just like that. Of course with him on the ground, she'd easily be able to pounce over him of which she'd place pressure on his shoulder blades and lower her muzzle into his own face; her teeth gnashing together menacingly though she wasn't intending to do any, or much, harm to the fellow. She was, just simply, practicing while having fun.
c[ooc] hope you don't mind me with the move. it's nothing dangerous so I wasn't really thinking it'd matter much.

A e l o s y n. this is my curse, the longing. Aelosyn was less than surprised when Enola yanked him to the ground. Instead of falling in a goofy fashion, she male fell gently, flawlessly, wings spreading as he hit the earth. "Hey, that's not the least bit fair!" She whined, and Aelosyn chuckled. "Hm...All is fair in love and war." He mused softly, crimson eyes staring up at her firey depths. "How do you think," Aelosyn started, flipping himself over, hovering above Enola's head. He craned his neck downward, bringing his muzzle closer to hers. "We get along like this?" He finished, having a bit of trouble with the wording.
"Because, one minute, I'm sure you're going to try and burn the whole of Jarnvidr, the next we are..." He paused, letting a slow smirk spread across his maw. "...Doing this. It's strange how we act around each other." He said this last sentence in a very thoughtful tone. It was wild to him, though. They were actually getting along in a place where hatred and pain thrived, where the creatures fed off that hate. Where everything was dark and dismal. To most, it would seem impossible to enjoy, and yet they were. Or maybe they were just enjoying each other's company. Wait, no. Maybe that was going too far...
With a genuine smile, and that thought in his head, Aelosyn spread his wings, letting the wind run through them, and his crimson and black fur. There was a silence between them for that moment..."We are a strange pair, aren't we?" He asked in a gentle, quiet voice. Strange pair indeed...

ENOLA if you're gonna cry, don't cry for me.
Having successfully tossed him to the ground, she looked over him with a satisfied grin peeling at her lips. "Hm...All is fair in love and war." Enola froze, staring at him like a deer in the headlights for more then a minutes passing. He'd said it, the word, the one she was never supposed to use. `Enola, my darling child, love is for suckers. Do not fall in it. Take what you need and pass on. If you need to spread genes, do as you please, but do notget attached to the poor fellow. You'll only endanger him. You're not meant for relationships, you're constructed to destroy and that's what you'll do to the end. Remember this, believe mommy when she speaks. ' The flashback came a went as quickly as winter snow. She'd been so young back then, having listened to her mother's every whim to construct her into what she was as of this moment. She shook her head, backing up slowly and resting herself on sturdy legs - locking herself in place as she eased her face to something more suitable.
"How do you think," He began, rolling over and bringing himself to her. " we get along like this " His muzzle was much too close for comfort and she snapped, gnashing her teeth together and letting a low snarl come from her mouth. If she started pushing him away now, she'd be able to do it successfully without any regrets post acting. He kept talking, however, bringing it back up and she fought to let it fall upon deaf ears. "Because, one minute, I'm sure you're going to try and burn the whole of Jarnvidr, the next we are..." He smirked while pausing. This is all a game to him, she thought with a hasty mind. "...Doing this. It's strange how we act around each other." Enola's face grew pale, her body backing up as she continued to snap at his face and ward him away from her. " I haven't the slightest idea what you're talking about, Aelosyn " she spat, the hatred back in her tone as she eased herself right up to the bark of a tree - basically cornering herself.
"We are a strange pair, aren't we?" Enola snapped at that, her anger flaring up as well as her entire body. She was a living torch, basically, and her blazing eyes glowed from behind the fiery silhouette. " Stop saying that. We aren't anything. I don't have the time to play games with you and/or even consider some type of 'relation'. So stop referring this to that. " she hissed angrily, poised in every area with tension and aggression though she was never actually in the spirit to attack him. She just wanted it to stop, all of it. If Talyza even found the slightest bit of evidence that she was going against her rules and statements, she'd be the next course on her meal menu. Her mother was nobody to fuck around with. The reason why she remained the only one Enola feared throughout her lifetime.

A e l o s y n. well i think i'm gonna burn in hell. Oops. That was stupid. Aelosyn knew it instantly when Enola reacted. Either she was extremely pissed off, or she had terrible mood swings. Her intentions were clear in the snarl of her voice. I haven't the slightest idea what you're talking about, Aelosyn. Oh, I think you do, Aelosyn replied in his thoughts, Not wanting to stir up anymore hatred, he kept his mouth shut. His face was a mask of calm, his ears perked forward, wings folded at his back. He had none of the smugness or coolness he had when they were fighting. He merely sat there, observing. Aelosyn's head titled slightly in a thoughtful manner, gaze watching her as she lit up. He could feel heat radiating off of her, heat, hatred, and perhaps a hint of fear.
What was she so afraid about? That was obviously a touchy subject with her, so he decided not to pry. Stop saying that. We aren't anything. I don't have the time to play games with you and/or even consider some type of 'relation'. So stop referring this to that. At the word relationship, Aelosyn's calm died. His mouth turned down, not in a frown, just a deadpan. "Don't flatter yourself, Enola." He snapped fiercely, eyes narrowing, the shadows around him flaring up.
Refusing to let Enola get the best of him, Aelosyn turned tail from the firey she-wolf, taking in a sharp breath. Relationships were not a good subject for him either. His memories of life were vague, but he did remember sweet Cyril. A puphood sweetheart, you could call her. She looked past his obvious wall and loved him, despite what others said. And then...well, he died. Aelosyn's eyes snapped shut at the very thought of the she-wolf. For a moment, he stood like that, ignoring Enola. He tried desperately to remember more of the she-wolf, but his memores were hazed. A deep snarl rumbled in his chest, his fur bristled. No, he wasn't angry at Enola. He was merely angry at himself.
"Dammit!" He almost roared, making the shadows around him convulse and swarm around his paws. Now, the male looked like the demon he truly was. His teeth were glinting in the somber light, bared and angry. His crimson eyes seemed to turn black with all the darkness that enveloped him. At that moment, he just walked, very slowly, very sullenly. He felt lost, angry, upset. If only he could remember, if only it was that easy...

ENOLA i'll savor every moment of this.
[/center] He seemed a little knowing of her actions, knowing what consequences came from her hidden rage. He truly didn't understand, however, because he wouldn't have reacted like he did. Yet, he gave her her space and let her cool off for a period before he said anything and she was truly grateful for that. With quiet, simple breaths, Enola found herself calmed down and very relaxed. The flame died down inside of her as well as outside and she sighed a breath of relief. Slowly, she made her ways towards the tiger-striped King, her face as hard as steel. "Don't flatter yourself, Enola." He spoke, his voice deadly and extremely full of menace despite his personality difference before she spoke. " Well fuck you, too, Aelosyn. You don't know anything about me and you're judging me already. You met my father, killed him even, but you've only heard stories of my mother. You don't know what kind of hell she put me through and I can remember all of it like it were yesterday. It's what I live by, my code of honor. You just don't understand. " her tone was calm, but heated and it seethed of venom from the moment it left her lips. Enola wasn't happy, but she was no longer fiery and upset like she'd been five minutes ago. Having stopped in her tracks, she continued her movements towards him with a dead stare and nimble feet. He was thinking about something, or someone, and Enola was caused to stop again as she tiled her head trying to understand his problem. It was useless and when he roared out curses, she lifted her head and watched as the birds flew from the canopy and screeched their dislike thus again. " Stop that. " she strained, setting her head down on her paws in a bowing position as she placed her paws over her nose. It gave her a headache, his roaring., and with the screeching of the birds nothing was making it any better. He was just disruptive all around. " Shut the fuck up before I make you. " she bellowed towards the birds, debating whether or not to just catch flame to one of the trees in a threat. One glance towards Aelsoyn and her mind was made up, she didn't do it. The birds, however, shut up and she was able to regain her footing as she proceeded towards him and set her head on his back, near his wings, with a sigh. " Look, maybe it's just best that we go back to how things were . I don't think either of us can handle this change and you're not even willing to try to understand. You're hollering like some savage HIll Giant and it's annoying. Just because of something you won't explain. " she stated, nipping at his wing and making her way to face him face to face, staring into his crimson gaze with her own fiery one. What she saw shocked her, however, because his crimson gaze was now black and uncharacteristic to him. Feeling endangered, Enola dropped low and snarled at him, eying him suspiciously. [ooc]; seee. enola can be cute too !! xD [/blockquote][/sub]

A e l o s y n. shotgun opera, lock and load.. Aelosyn's muscles were so tense that they actually hurt. He was trying so hard to supress his anger, so hard. He ususally did this well, but it was just so...oh, he didn't even know. His mind was fogged, his thoughts hazy. He felt his frame tremble with his swollowed pain. He shook as he walked, eyes still a terrible shade of obsidian. Well fuck you, too, Aelosyn. You don't know anything about me and you're judging me already. You met my father, killed him even, but you've only heard stories of my mother. You don't know what kind of hell she put me through and I can remember all of it like it were yesterday. It's what I live by, my code of honor. You just don't understand. She said, and he ignored it. He didn't feel like replying back. Even if he did reply, it wouldn't come out too well...
So, he walked, sulky and tense. He didn't hear the birds flutter and call noisily. It was like all sound was completely filtered out. All he heard were his angry thoughts, screaming at him. How...schizopherenic he felt. The wing that Enola nipped twitched as she did so. He stopped walking, head lifting, black eyes glaring at her as she stood in front of him. He watched her without the slightest bit of emotion as she shrunk down, snarling. "Quit it," He snapped, almost irritably. He growled a little, and brushed past her, fur still bristled. A sentence from Enola's little speech kept repeating in his head. Just because of something you won't explain.
Finally, after many moments of silence, Aelosyn stopped, and turned around, very slowly. His eyes were pupiless, a deep black. "Maybe I can't explain." He muttered quietly, ears pinned back to his skull. "I can't remember anything from when I was living." There was a sorrow in his voice that quickly turned to bitterness. "The few things I do remember are torturous things. They haunt me, each and every day." His voice was calm, yet terse and bitter, speckled with sadness. "I've been to Hell and back, Enola." As he said this, he turned away from her and kept walking.
